Get creative this Valentine’s Day! Craft a heart-handle mug, for someone special, or simply to treat yourself!

Join us for a fun and cozy clay workshop where you’ll make your very own heart mug. This is a perfect activity to do as a couple — make a mug for your loved one — but you’re also very welcome to come solo and spoil yourself with a little extra love in the form of your own handmade mug! You can choose design and the color of your mug from a lovely selection of shades, so each piece is truly unique.No prior experience is needed! Whether you’re completely new to working with clay or have some experience, I’ll guide you step by step so you can relax, have fun, and enjoy the creative process.

What to Expect

Duration

The workshop lasts 3 hours.
Your finished mug will be ready for pick-up approximately three weeks after the session

What’s Included

All materials, including high-quality stoneware clay

Use of tools and equipment to shape and personalize your mug

Glaze service and two kiln firings to make your mug durable and food-safe

coffee, tea, and a sweet treat, in a cosy atmosphere

Good to Know

• I speak both Dutch and English, so the workshop will be in either language or a fun mix of both, depending on what the group prefers!
• The workshop will be held in my cozy atelier in Weesp (Stationsweg 28-8), right next to the train station. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking for just €1.20 per hour.
• Handwashing is always recommended to keep your handmade pieces looking their best. However, ceramics are also dishwasher safe!
