Choose your favorite glass style and turn it into a little piece of happiness — perfect for celebrating milestones or simply adding a bit of sparkle to your everyday moments.

This workshop is all about enjoying the process. I’ll guide you every step of the way and help you tap into your creativity in a relaxed, supportive setting. Whether you're painting for fun, for someone special, or just for yourself — you'll walk away with something truly unique.

What to Expect

We’ll start with a warm welcome and a short introduction to the basics of glass painting. I’ll show you how to work with different brushes and techniques to create beautiful, lasting designs. We’ll begin by practicing some floral motifs, but the skills you’ll learn can be applied to any design you like!

After some time to experiment on a test plate, you’ll move on to painting your chosen item:

Choose from the following items:

• 2x Champagne flutes
• 2x Cocktail glasses
• 2x Standard drinking glasses
• 1x Water carafe

Need a little inspiration? No problem — I’ve got lots of examples and reference materials ready for you.

Tip: Try to think about your design in advance, so you can dive right into the creative flow during the workshop!

Duration

The workshop lasts 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore your creativity and refine your design.

• A set of two glasses or one carafe of your choice, ready to be painted.
  (Feeling inspired and working quickly? You can purchase additional glasses for €8 each — paint included!)

Can I take my items home after the workshop?

Yes, you can take your glasses home right after the workshop.  Just keep in mind that the paint may still be slightly wet!

To make your design permanent, you can bake the glasses at home in your own oven. I’ll give you clear, easy instructions during the workshop so you can do this safely and with confidence.

Prefer to leave your pieces at the studio? No problem! I’m happy to bake them for you! You’ll be able to pick them up within 3 weeks.

Would you rather have them shipped? That’s also possible! I can carefully package and send your glasses for €10 per shipment (shipping is at your own risk).

Good to Know

• With proper care, the paint on your glasses will last a lifetime. To preserve your design, please hand wash only and avoid abrasive materials, such as scrubbing sponges.
  
• I speak both Dutch and English, so the workshop will be in either language or a fun mix of both, depending on what the group prefers!
• The workshop will be held in my cozy atelier in Weesp (Stationsweg 28-8), right next to the train station. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking for just €1.20 per hour.
