Make your ceramic eyecatcher!

In this fun and relaxing workshop, you’ll transform a plain ceramic item of choice (cup and saucer, vase, plate or bowl) into a unique, hand-painted eyecatcher!

No creative experience needed! I love getting people out of their comfort zones and encouraging them to try something new. This workshop is all about enjoying the process, playing with colors, and creating something truly personal.

What to Expect

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a quick introduction to glazes. These special paints give ceramics their vibrant colors and glossy finish once fired.

Each participant will receive a beautifully bisque-fired ceramic item, ready to be transformed into a one-of-a-kind piece using glazes. I’ll guide you through layering and brush techniques to help bring your vision to life.

Need a little inspiration? No worries! I’ll have plenty of examples and reference materials on hand to spark your creativity.

Tip: Think about your design in advance, so you can fully enjoy the creative process during the workshop!

What’s Included in the Price?

• Workshop duration: 2 hours
• A ceramic item of choice: Cup and saucer, vase, plate or bowl. (bisque-fired, ready to be painted). 
• Use of high-quality glazes.
• All necessary materials and tools
• Professional Kiln firing to make your design permanent & dishwasher proof!
• A cozy atmosphere with coffee, tea, and a sweet treat to enjoy while you paint.

Good to Know

• Your finished items will be ready for pickup within 3 weeks (or shipped if you prefer, for €12,50).
• I speak both Dutch and English, so the workshop will be in either language or a fun mix of both, depending on what the group prefers!
• The workshop will be held in my cozy atelier in Weesp (Stationsweg 28-8), right next to the train station. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking for just €1.20 per hour.
